Baller Headwear is a caps manufacturer servicing foreign brands. We are looking for a Sales/Merchandiser who will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing accurate quotations, and managing the costing process to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE

• Collaborate with the account managing team to understand customers' requirements.
• Work together with the production teams to gather essential information required for precise cost estimation.
• Prepare and send detailed quotations based on customer specifications.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE

• Good command of English, especially in written and spoken.
• Proven experience in sales, garment merchandising, or a similar role within the textile/apparel industry.
• Having experience in using ERP systems for quotation preparation and costing processes.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in quotation and costing processes.
• Excellent negotiation, and communication skills.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

• Salary: 10,000,000 - 12,000,000 VND
• One-month probationary period
