We are now seeking for a Soft Skill & English Training Executive with responsibilities and requirements as the followings:

Responsibilities:
A. Soft Skill and English Training Executing: 
- To coordinate with Head Quarter (HQ) in identifying and analyzing training needs through determining gaps between the company, customer expectations and workforce competencies to propose appropriate training courses applied for the branch.
- Be able to propose and adapt annual training plan and annual training budgets for the branch based on the general plan from Head Quarter.
- Be able to support in designing, developing and organizing annual training courses/training videos/documents for employees by using appropriate materials, tools and methods.
- To translate and compile training manuals and materials as required.
- To conduct pre & post training evaluation to measure training needs and effectiveness of the participants.
- To be a lecturer in delivering Soft skill Training and Basic English Training Courses for Employees based on Annual Education Plan of the Company.
- To co-ordinate with External Training Agencies for outsourcing training courses (if any)
- Other relevant tasks assigned
B. HR & Admin Supporting 
- To support daily admin tasks assigned by HR Manager as a member of HR team.

Requirements:
- Good background in teaching, language, art, Photoshop is an advantage.
- Have at least 3 years working experience in teaching English and Soft-skill Courses.
- Competent English skill in all 4 skills (Listening, reading, writing, speaking) as compulsory.
- Be able to deliver video and telecommunication training courses.
- Proactive and willing to learn new things.
- Be structured and precise in your work and thrive with working in a team as well as individually.
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
