MISSION STATEMENT
 Build and develop key customers as strategy to contribute to customers' development and increase profit.
 To increase sales, margin and frequency of the customers s/he is responsible for and in her/his area respective throughout the year.
 To increase sales, margin and frequency of his focus customers according to a higher growth rate then the total branch targets
 To implement all promotional activities and sales tools in a coordinated fashion following the instruction and calendar from head office field operations.
 Represent the interests of the customer branch within the store, in terms of customer service, products and availability.
 To implement and execute related TGM activities successful for his/her store
 Co-ordination on customer specific needs, interface with other floor managers and sales specialists in the store team to optimize customer service levels

ROLE
 Concentrate and develop key assigned customers, clarify, select and develop new customers within oriented area (street portfolio)
 Provide information and business methods to customers as well as give enough information to develop products, therefore achieve sales, customer development with correct strategy
 The sales executive has to follow the company customer strategy and relevant regulations to develop healthy and profitable business.

Key Accountabilities
 Implement and follow the Customer Strategy defined by the Company.
 Manage and motivate the customers to increase the share of wallet in order to reach the objectives defined by her/his line manager and the Company.
 To develop the sales, margin and the frequency of the focus customers that s/he will be responsible for and according to the KPIs which are:
 Increasing of the customer portfolios.
 Increase the average turn over per customer
 Increase in specific departments related to the customer branch (this objective can be optional and depends on strategy of Company)
 Increasing the quality of new buying customer (activation)
 According to the customer demands, needs, expectations, and the store assortment sell something new to increase the share of wallet to her/his customers as often as possible.
 To help the customers define a strategy to re-sell what they bought in our store in order to support them and facilitate the re-ordering rate.
 To build a positive Company image and accurate data base as well as a long terms relationship
 Inform the Company about the Customer Demands, Needs and Expectations in the appropriate way (not only through the normal customer complaints but by concrete information)
Key responsibilities
 S/he will be responsible for managing a group of customers in a specific customer branch, and focus customers.
 S/he will analyze the results monthly/quarterly of the customers in terms of turnover, profitability, losses, margin, frequency, average turnover to make the right decision to improve the situation if needed.
 S/he will collect the customer demands, needs and expectations and then propose solutions and alternatives to them in a short terms view. The information will be systematically shared with the sales force manager / supervisor.
 S/he will approach the customer using the Metro selling technique and ensure qualitative preparation of the sales executives and self.
 S/he must respect the procedures and use all the Metro forms and reports in a correct way and in due time.
 S/he will have to work in close contact with the store and especially with the department managers.
 S/he will organize her/his visits according to the priorities defined by the Sales Force Manager/supervisor. The customer visits have to be planned in an efficient and cost effective way.

PEOPLE SPECIFICATIONS
 University degree in Marketing, Business Administration
 At least 2 years working experience in sales in FMCG industry in customer services, market development, customer development or major in services such as restaurants, hotels
 Excellent selling & negotiation skills
 Analyze and handle scenario
 Approximately in using computer and Microsoft Office
 Ability to communicate (both in Vietnamese & English) and perusable
 At least 21 years old
