MISSION
Manage the distributor to achieve yearly target to the assigned market
Sales activity deployment to Distributor, support on push and pull actions
Sales and Marketing activity to EU ( special Factory)
Build and maintain relationship with medium contractor, project owner, consultant
Clear reporting on all activities as and when required


AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Sales planning and activities
Plan sales activities and develop necessary action plans to ensure that order/sales targets are accomplished.
Promote products and solutions
Organize Product presentation and provide necessary training to customers.
Promotion and Push pull actions
Cooperate with MKT to implement promotion campaign toward customers. Lead or cooperate with team and MKT to execute assigned Push, pull actions.
Market intelligence
Able to gather specific information (competitors product offer, price, promotion, delivery, credit policy,… ) to report to Manager and MKT and able to adapt effectively to the change of market situation
Order/Sales reporting, forecast
5Q Rolling forecast for order/sales. Commitment to ensure that forecast are tracked and monitored sufficiently

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: University degrees
Working Experience: Min. 3 years sales experience, preferably in electrical sales or channel sales.
Knowledgeable in electrical – Industry market Business Understanding: Understand company’s products and competitors are an advantage.
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): Able to understand English
Accept to work under pressure; Willing to travel – monthly to provinces
