I. Associate HR & Payroll
REPORTS TO: Manager, HR & Payroll
WORK LOCATION: P702A, Tầng 7, Mường Thanh Sông Hàn, Phường Nam Dương, Quận Hải Châu, Thành phố Đà Nẵng

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Be in charge in processing the payroll set-up for new clients.
• Conduct monthly payroll calculations and be responsible for the full payroll cycle’s tasks.
• Be responsible to schedule, actively follow-up, and coordinating with clients to prepare and submit required statutory reports to ensure compliance in SHUI, Labor and PIT.
• Liaise with various government authorities to solve PIT, SHUI and Labor-related issues.
• Perform on-boarding/off-boarding process for new/resigned clients’ employees.
• Provide recommendations and HR advisory for DSA’s clients.
• Take care of employees’ inquiries on payroll-related matters.
• Input, manage and maintain team database relating to employees’ and clients’ documents. Send and follow mailing records from the team and customer.
• Set up salary payments to the client’s employees, Tax and Insurance payments to statutory bodies or payments to vendors on behalf of the Client.
• Perform such other related services and tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

• Bachelor’s degree either in HR, Business Administration, English, Economics, Law and relevant.
• 1 year – 2 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits operations.
• Good in both spoken and written English.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Proven good communication and customer service skills
• Proactive, highly organized with superb attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Be responsible and hard-working with assigned tasks.
Soft Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with employees and Clients.

II. Senior Associate CAS

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
DSA Vietnam is seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance professional to help contribute to our accounting and finance advisory services. This Senior Associate position will work with our Corporate Accounting Services team to provide expert guidance and financial services to our international clients.
DSA invite candidates with over 5 years of working experience in Accounting or Financial Advisory Services to apply for our Senior Associate position based in our Da Nang office.

Position: Senior Associate, CAS
Working place: Da Nang City (Mon-Fri)

Job Description:
- Handle daily accounting works and full accounting, financial works for assigned clients;
- Provide accurate and timely financial statement and management report if required;
- Prepare & review monthly, quarterly and annual tax reports including: Work on Statutory audit liaison, Corporate Income Tax, Value Added Tax, Foreign Contractor’s Tax, and others as per set-deadlines;
- Work and support with Banking activities;
- Identify significant issues/risks for the clients from daily tasks. Propose solution or timely raise the issues to higher level (manager);
- Prepare and review advisory reports of tax issues, finance and accounting matters when required;
- Deliver assigned work with attention to detail, high quality and timely delivery;
- Maintain daily communication with clients. Answer questions and/or advise clients for basic tax and accounting compliance and effectiveness;
- Support Manager in training, managing and reviewing work of junior staff, and with other tasks on an ad-hoc basis;

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- More than 5 years’ experience in Accounting/Tax, ideally in a consulting or service firm environment;
- Bachelor or master’s degree in accounting, auditing and/or finance;
- Professional Qualification: CPA and CA certification are required;
- Strong technical knowledge of Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations, and solid exposure and understanding of international reporting;
- Strong knowledge in accounting software ;
- Strong organizational, analytical thinking, communication and multi-tasking capabilities;
- High level of teamwork, responsible and decisive;
- Strong verbal and written English skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Leadership and coaching skills;
