Customers & Competitors Management
- To establish effective relationship with Head of departments and key doctors in the assigned territories to develop sales and Eucerin brand.
- Develop an control annual local professional conference, group presentation to ensure consistency with strategy
- Analyze competitor and propose action plan to secure sales incase competitor’s activities have negative impact to the business
Daily Operation Management
- To ensure the sales operations plan, its objectives, and administrative procedures are thoroughly understood by the team.
- To guide, correct, and control the team in the execution of sales operations plan to achieve company objectives with Beiersdorf CoC.
- To Control the application of trade incentive promotions
Team Management
- To train, motivate, counsel, discipline and control the team as well as to appraise their performance.
- To follow up the development of the team’s area potential and recommend further actions.
- To execute ad-hoc operations as planned by the Company.
Job Requirement
Education Qualification:
- Pharmaceutical University Degree
- Develop action plans and build strong brand with company’s strategies
- Have a good relationship with PED and Obstetrics hospitals
Competencies requirement
- Result-focused and follow up to the end
- Persuasive & Effective Communication Leading others
- Professional customers Management (KOL, Doctors)
- Team Management is an advantage
- Passionate & able to work under high pressure
Other qualifications
- Honest, hardworking, high sense of responsibility
- Experience and knowledge in personal & skin care will be an advantage
