Code Engine Studio tuyển Quality Assurance Controller (tháng 4/2015)

Code Engine Studio is hiring!  We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Assurance Controller who enjoys working in a fast-paced English speaking team environment.  This person is responsible for creating an end-to-end test plan; executing the plan and managing all activities in the plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the solution works as expected. The solution should be tested in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other legacy- and / or external systems.

The position is located in Danang, Vietnam.

You must have:

- 3+ years demonstrated experience in writing and implementing automated test scripts built in a test tool and manual test scripts, change management, release packaging, issue/defect tracking and deployment concepts.
- Competent in software testing theory, knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques.
- Proficient in understanding written requirements, including use cases, supplementary specifications and requirements traceability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize workload and deliverables within schedule constraints to deliver results.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Passion for technology, a willingness to learn and a good attitude.

You will be responsible for:

- Design and implement automated test solutions, functional and user acceptance test cycles; set up Test lab with hardware/software configurations as needed.
- Architect testing strategies, plans, estimates, and schedules to support projects and product releases.
- Create documentation to determine release readiness of products or product features.
- Prepare specification documentation according to procedure and industry best practices.
- Work with product development engineers to isolate issues by collecting and analyzing detailed process steps, log files, and data input.
- Develop templates, tools, metrics and best practices to verify that products meet business and user requirements
- Provide thought leadership in QA practices, providing feedback at all phases of the product development life cycle
