Job description:
1. Reviewing and advising contracts/agreements in Vietnamese and English or Japanese
2. Involving in drafting and controlling internal rules and regulations in accordance with laws;
3. Solving legal issues related to lawsuits, disputes, etc.;
4. Coordinating with other departments in dealing with legal issues;
5. Guiding and supervising related departments to operate in accordance with laws;
6. Researching laws, legal and commercial practices of countries that have business relationships with FPT Software;
7. Reviewing and systematizing legal documents related to company’s operation;
8. Updating and giving guidelines for application of regulations for Board of Management and departments;
9. Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirement:
1. University Degree in Law, Holding Lawyer Certificate is an advantage;
2. Having profound knowledge of Corporate Law, Investment Law, Commercial Law;
3. Having knowledge of laws of VN and other countries where FPT Software has branch/office is an advantage;
4. Having at least 1 year legal experience;
5. Experience working at foreign companies is an advantage;
6. Good command of English (TOEIC >550) or Japanese (>=N3);
7. Good communication, presentation, negotiation, persuasion skills;
8. Honest, responsible, hard-working and teamwork.
