We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Teller
- Cash/cheque withdrawal and deposit
- Internal transfer and receipt of outward remittance requests/documents for both HSBC VMO and HSBC Group customers
- Money Exchange, Cash Advance from credit cards, Traveller Cheques purchase and sale
- Term Deposit/Certificate of Deposit
- Demand Draft issuance/encashment
- Emergency encashment
- Delivery of ATM card/credit card/overseas card/cheque book to customers
- Customer inquiries about Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM) products and services
- Refer RBWM products which meet customer needs to close the sales with RBWM Relationship Managers.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Ability to handle cash and to recognize local/foreign counterfeits
- Good knowledge of the Bank’s products and HFE/HUB systems
- Understanding of international and local banking practices and regulations
- Good spoken English and Vietnamese; command of Cantonese/Mandarin definitely an advantage
- Customer-oriented mind
