Job description

- Checking DAD monthly payroll in timely and accurate manner;
- Administering salary reviews;
- Administering evaluation and bonus proposals, re-allocation/promotions in coordination with relevant managers/leads,
- Administering and proposing other benefits (financial or non-financial);
- Ensuring good communication on C&B matters with all the staff;
- Actively proposing and joining in initiatives to improve the company’s policy and process.

Requirement

- To have strong knowledge of labour code and regulations;
- To be pro-active and initiative-taking;
- To be well-organized, good at time/task management, and accurate;
- To be diplomatic and employee-oriented, but also to know how to keep good balance between Company’s interest and the employee’s one;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- To be a good leader and good team-player.
- At least 3 years of professional Human Resources and managing experience.

C&B Specialist , Da Nang

Job description

- Make sure that staff data are update in accurate and timely manner and payroll is calculated with accuracy;
- Make sure all HR reports are accuracy and on time;
- Prepare, produce HR reports and analysis as per request;
- Help in reviewing and following up HR policy and procedure; help administer discipline matters;
- Deliver a good HR service to employees; ensure excellent relation with the staff, give quick and pertinent answers to their concerns; propose and join in initiatives to improve working environment;
- Maintain good cooperation with different teams and departments; answer queries from management members, provide advice, support, updates and briefings on HR matters;
- Conduct exit interviews, and administer employment termination process;
- Provide support for salary review, bonus and promotion/re-allocation, evaluation, as well as other operations/process linked to staff management and C&B;
- Help administer various benefits & allowances;
- Follow up contract, leave management, employee’s profile and social insurances;
- Propose, and join in initiatives for developing resource, attract and keep talents for the company;
- Implement others ad-hoc assigned by superiors.

Requirement
- Good organizational skills, resourceful and with ability to multi-tasks;
- Understanding of current HR legislation, policies and practices in Vietnam;
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills;
- Proactive and ability to successfully complete multiple projects with changing priorities;
- Being careful, detail-oriented, highly organized, and keen on working with figures;
- Confidentiality commitment;
- Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public;
- Good teamwork skills, high level of verbal and written English skills;
- Excellent command of using Windows, Word, Excel and Power Point.
