Internal Communication Coordinator
* THE ROLE
- The Internal Communications Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing internal communications strategy, coordinating with Group PR team to ensure regular, timely and relevant flow of information throughout the organization, to support improved employee engagement.
* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The post holder is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:
- Develop and manage delivery of a comprehensive and coordinated internal communication strategy that supports the company’s goals.
- Continuous improvement of core internal communication channels and establishment of new channels using the full range of tools including but not limited to newsletters, events, intranet, cascade briefing etc
- Development of a network of internal communication champions within each business unit to stimulate content and provide feedback for internal communication activity
- Working closely with the Group PR team and other corporate departments, develop plans to communicate specific initiatives within a structured and coherent framework
- Be responsible for all copy writing activity relating to internal communication
- Work with corporate departments in Danang, Bong Mieu and Phuoc Son to develop series of internal social / networking events
- Perform any other duties within the corporate communications function as required
Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator
* THE ROLE
- The Internal Communications Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s CSR plan in Vietnam and coordinating with Group PR for the group’s CSR strategy.
* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The post holder is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:
- To develop and implement an effective CSR plan in Vietnam that will deliver agreed CSR targets.
- To engage internal stakeholders and coordinate with Group PR to establish CSR Steering Group within the organisation, and establish a mechanism and strategy to engage employee
- To develop and coordinate with Group PR to prepare an annual CSR report that provides clear direction on strategy, delivery and performance
- To manage charity partnership programmes (Health Care Project) and Special Community program (Local Economic Development)
- To ensure effective communication methods are in place to communicate business ethics, CSR targets and performance.
- Perform any other duties within the corporate communications function as required
Community Relations Officer
* THE ROLE
- The Community Relations Officer is responsible for carrying out community relations activities including local communities’ notification & liaison, issues management, and to assist in reviewing community relations programs, materials and practices.
* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The post holder is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:
- Assist in developing and implementing community plans and ensure that program deliverables are met on time and within agreed budget
- Evaluate the effectiveness of community relations activities and identify improvement areas.
- Proactively identify potentially contentious community issues, provide advice for effectively managing issues and escalate to manager as appropriate.
- Provide information to the community, staff and other stakeholders on the progress of programs/activties
- Track project communication activities and report on progress each month. Perform any other duties within the corporate communications function as required
Public Relations Officer
* THE ROLE
- The Public Relations Officer is primarily responsible promoting the reputation of our companies and operations in Vietnam, through media and community relations.
* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The post holder is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:
- Build strong and effective relationships with local and national media;
- Draft and distribute media releases in Vietnam;
- Research and draft articles for the companies’ publications (newsletter, website, press packs, etc.);
- Maintain complete records of media interactions including a digital press cuttings database;
- Organise and manage media visits to the companies’ sites in Vietnam;
- As required, support the Community Relations team and Internal Communications/CSR team
- Perform any other duties within the corporate communications function as required
