- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
- Fluent and good use of English.

+ Food & Beverage Supervisor
- Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
- 2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
- Problem solving and training abilities.
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
- Fluent and good use of English.
+ Chef De Partie
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field.
- 2 years of working experience as a cook or an equivalent combination of education and experience
