Responsibilities but not exclusive to:
The facility officer provides assistance to ensure day-to-day smooth management and operation through administrative support. The scope of work for the position shall include, but not be limited to the followings.
Control Office Facilities:
•    Managing client’s asset and company’s asset (excluding IT devices and accessories) with proper weekly report updating all necessary information
•    Control Firefighting system, Electric, air conditioning system, Security doors system, Water supplies (drinking water and living water), Sanitary equipment, Office equipment and decorative items in LGDN Office, Meeting and training rooms facilities
•    Set up check-up and maintenance schedule
•    Implement and monitor repair and maintenance logbook
•    Study and propose cost-saving solutions to solve problems related to facilities, sanitary and security for LGDN
•    Ensure LGDN facilities are in best condition for services
•    Prepare report on office facilities, security schedule, and other related matter in daily, weekly basis
•    Closely work with Lessor for any problem related to facilities and security
Maintenance and Security:
•    Arrange working schedule for maintenance staff
•    Monitoring working schedule of security team
•    Daily check security logbook
•    Daily manage the camera recording files
•    Daily manage security doors system
•    Assign and monitor working results
•    Evaluate working efficiency of maintenance staff and security team
Moving Requests and Office Arrangement Request:
•    Receive moving request and proceed accordingly
•    Update moving information on CRM
•    Be in charge of seat plan (update capacity and vacancies of all working places; make seat arrangement)
•    Be in charge of Meeting room arrangement: ensure the Meeting rooms always well-organized; co-ordinate with Maintenance staff and janitors to prepare Meeting room per user’s request
•    Be in charge of supporting facilities for events inside or outside office
•    Other tasks assigned by supervisors

•    Ability to work under pressure
•    Good background of office facilities management
•    Good English skills (both verbal and writing)
•    Potential to be built up for higher position
