Forwarding Manager in Danang (01/05/2013)

* Overall Responsibility:
- Be responsible for managing all operation activities of freight forwarding function including: sales department, documentation department, operation department

- Be responsible for developing the freight forwarding business and expanding the customers and agency network


* Main Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Manage the operational activities of freight forwarding function

- Provide coaching and support to head of departments (HODs) in freight forwarding function

- Provide operational direction to HODs

- Lead sales and agency departments to develop freight forwarding business and expanding customers and agency network

- Executive the implementation strategy for freight forwarding business including day to day customer management, operational development, business development

- Ensure each department achieves their set targets

- Organizational development: provide on-going training to staff. Establish career development and succession plan for key staff in forwarding function - Involve in business bidding activities

- Be in charge of finance of the branch

* Working Relationships:
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values. Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments

* Experience:
- At least 8 years in freight forwarding industry
